OneDailyAffirmation is an application developed by Antonio Yee. By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License of Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and Apple’s App Store policies.
2. Content and Intellectual Property
All app content (affirmations, texts, interface, images, and other materials) is protected by copyright and applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any content outside the app without prior authorization.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
- The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., monthly, annual) and a lifetime purchase option.
- Prices are displayed on the purchase screen and may vary depending on region and taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
Note: The title, duration, and price of each subscription are clearly shown on the in-app purchase screen.
4. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data and which providers we use (for example, Apple and RevenueCat for purchases and subscriptions).
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app for illegal activities, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. OneDailyAffirmation does not replace medical or psychological advice.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once published on this page or communicated within the app. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.

9. Apple’s Standard EULA
