PomodoReps is an application developed by Antonio Yee. The app helps you combine interval training with rep tracking — keeping your workout data private and on your device.

Information We Collect

PomodoReps is designed with privacy in mind. We do not create user accounts or build personal profiles. Depending on your settings, the app may process limited data to enable purchases and to improve stability.

  • Purchases: Purchase and subscription status (via Apple / RevenueCat).
  • Diagnostics & crashes: Crash reports and technical diagnostics (e.g., OS version, device model, stack traces) via Firebase Crashlytics. This data is anonymous and used solely to detect and fix bugs.

How We Use Data

Crash reports help us detect issues and improve performance, reliability, and safety. We do not use collected data for advertising or profiling purposes.

Your Choices

  • HealthKit: Workout data written to Apple Health is managed by your Apple ID and iOS Health settings. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
  • Delete data: Session history can be deleted from within the app. iCloud data is managed by your Apple ID and iOS settings.

Security

Your workout sessions and rep history are yours alone. PomodoReps stores data locally or in your private iCloud space (if enabled). We apply reasonable safeguards and rely on Apple and RevenueCat, which implement industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

PomodoReps is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Data Retention

We do not maintain user profiles on our own servers. Purchase records are retained by Apple and/or RevenueCat according to their policies. Crash diagnostic data retained by Firebase is subject to their default retention settings.

Data Sharing and Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the providers listed above to operate the app (purchases, diagnostics). These providers may process data on servers located outside your country. Where applicable, we take steps to rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms.
