Smart Clean: Photo Organizer is an application developed by Antonio Yee. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

1. License of Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use Smart Clean: Photo Organizer on your Apple device, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, images, icons, text, and intellectual property within the app are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
3. One-Time Purchase (No Subscriptions)
- Smart Clean: Photo Organizer uses a one-time purchase model. Once purchased, the full functionality is unlocked permanently for your Apple ID.
- There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or renewals within the app.
- Prices may vary by region and taxes as determined by Apple.
- Payment is processed securely through Apple’s App Store.
- You may restore your purchase on another device using your Apple ID via the “Restore Purchases” option (if provided).
4. Privacy
Smart Clean: Photo Organizer processes your photos locally on your device. We do not upload your photos to external servers.

- Your available privacy choices
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes.
- Interfere with the app’s functionality or security.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass technical protections.
6. Deletion of Photos
Smart Clean: Photo Organizer suggests duplicates and unwanted items, but you always remain in full control. You are responsible for reviewing photos before deletion.
The developer is not responsible for accidental deletion or loss of photos chosen by the user.
7. Data Storage
The app may store settings and temporary files locally to function correctly. Photos and their analysis remain on your device.
Backups performed by iOS or iCloud are managed solely by Apple.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:
- Data loss (including deletion of photos)
- Device issues
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use the app
9. Updates and Modifications
The app may receive updates for improvements or fixes. These Terms may also be updated. Continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate use if terms are violated, but cannot revoke access to the app already installed under your Apple ID.
11. Apple’s Standard EULA
By downloading Smart Clean: Photo Organizer, you also agree to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
