2. Intellectual Property
The interface, design, icons, graphics, text, code, and all other components of the application are protected by copyright and applicable laws. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission from the developer.
The palettes, collections, and colors you create or import are your own. ChromaHub stores them locally on your device only.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase, processed entirely by Apple.
- There are no recurring subscriptions or additional in-app purchases.
Note: Any promotions or price adjustments depend solely on Apple’s App Store policies.
4. Privacy
ChromaHub is designed to function offline and privately. Your data never leaves your device unless you manually export a backup to a location of your choice. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

- We do not operate servers for user data.
- Backups stored in cloud services are subject to those providers’ policies (e.g., Apple/iCloud).
