Dailine – One Line, Every Day is an application developed by Antonio Yee. By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License of Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and Apple’s App Store policies.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All app content (texts, UI, images, icons, and other materials) is protected by copyright and applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit any app content outside the app without prior authorization.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

  • The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., monthly, annual) and/or a lifetime purchase option.
  • Prices are displayed on the purchase screen and may vary by region and taxes.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings after purchase.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Note: The title, duration, and price of each product are clearly shown on the in-app purchase screen.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data and which providers we use (e.g., Apple and RevenueCat for purchases and subscriptions).

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app for illegal activities, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, reverse engineer components, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. Dailine – One Line, Every Day does not replace professional advice of any kind.

7. Device Storage and Data

Your journal entries and settings are stored on your device unless system-level backups or iCloud synchronization are enabled. We do not operate servers for user profiles. Purchase records are maintained by Apple and/or RevenueCat according to their policies.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page or communicated within the app. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Apple’s Standard EULA

By downloading the app from the App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. In case of conflict between that EULA and these terms, Apple’s requirements prevail.
